When your project is completed we will need to visit it to authorise the final grant payment. Our visit will also enable us to prepare publicity material for the CHF. This may be used on our website, in our Annual Report and other CHF material. Any photographs supplied by you must be free of copyright.

We will also want to measure the success of your project against your stated aims for the duration of the contract. For grants of £200,000 or less this will be for 10 years from the date of the final grant payment and for grants more than £200,000 this will be for 15 years.
